Apparently, the CIA's evidence that WMD exists was based on the fact
that they had them (the US paid to develop them for use against IRAN, so
they know this is true ;-]) and there was no evidence to prove they'd
been destroyed.  There was however, no evidence to prove they still
existed either, but since they had existed and no one could show they'd
been destroy it was safe to assume that they still existed.

Nice.  So is John Howard still lying to us.  Based on the fact that he
lied about the children overboard affair, and that there's not proof
he's said anything truthful since, I think it's safe to assume he still
lying to us. ;-]
