After hearing the various opinions given regarding the UCA Presidents
non-attendance at Mr Bushes speech at Parliament House, I'm proud that
he didn't attend, but instead spend time with the 'down trodden'.

The UCA Presidents presence at Mr Bushes speech would have just playing
into the farce that that event was, suggesting that the UCA somehow
approved of his actions, or recognized his claims to the power his so
mis-appropriately wields.

With much power comes much responsibility, and someone who's entire
claim to power hangs on a few 'chads' and a loaded judicial system isn't
really in a position to claim any real right to wield such power, let
alone go to war (alone) because he can't get others to see it his way.
Of course, Mr Howard thinks Mr Bush is the source of all sunlight, but
then that's because Mr Howard still doesn't understand what a 'mandate'
is, or how the senate functions to represent the people, after three
terms in power.

Oh what a weak collection of political leaders we have at the moment.
The last thing the UCA needs to be doing is playing up to these fools,
instead of addressing the real needs of others.
