Do they want to talk with adults or people their age?
Actually, in any way I'd suggest that this isnt the space, I'm sure people are ready to answer the questions, but I'm actually unsure if their answers would help, actually or if they'd be useful in any way.
GUSH is a youth forum for christians based in Australia http://www.gush.com.au/
Alternatively, get them in touch with Sue Clarkson in the Vic Synod office, she might know of some local youth-friendly lists. I'm on a couple but they're in NSW, I'd prefer linking them with Victorians. Another couple of people to connect with in Melbourne might be Rod Dungan or Adrian Greenwood who are living in Glen Waverly, Ardian's the youth worker there.
In short, I would not put these people through the agony of the answers that people on this list would provide them to their questions.
Shalom
