I'll have to take a closer look at the Virtualmin and Joyent docs. I currently don't have access to a Joyent accelerator.
I did find some starting points: General info on create boot-up actions http://wiki.joyent.com/shared:kb:bootup-actions Forum post on getting ferret_server running http://discuss.joyent.com/viewtopic.php?id=22916 He hasn't gotten it to work just yet because he's calling the ferret_server startup script using the full path. I mentioned before that scripts/ferret_server needs to be called in the Rails application directory. It might be possible to do this directly in the SMF or write a wrapper script that gets called by the SMF.
