You are bound by the AGPL if you attend to use code from Insoshi. No matter how much or less Insoshi code finds in your app. There is only case, where AGPL doesn't affect >> If your app and the insoshi function work independently from each other respectively they have no relationship. I assume that's not the case (but i am not sure)
