We are still finalizing the terms of the commercial license.  It's taking us
a little longer than we'd thought (there's always more to consider than you
initially think) but should be ready in early September.

Our plan is to keep the source code of both the open source and commercial
versions the same with the licensing being the only difference.  The
commercial license will allow you to keep your updates, modifications, etc.
private and closed.

I'll get back to everyone with more information once the commercial license
is available.
