Gee, I guess it actually helps to read the manual. :)
I went back and read through the installation guide, and right there was how
to remove the partitions using fdisk. I was able to remove all the Linux
partitions, go in with Partition Magic and resize my primary Windoze
partition, and reinstall the Linux partitions. We're up and running the dual
boot now.
Thanks for all the responses. Now if I can only get it tweaked just right...

The only utility I know of is called fips. It is free and usually does
a good job.
