Most of the time, this machine will be completely idle, so you should 
prob. select the CPU that yields the lowest power consumption in that
state.

The amount of CPU required is pretty low unless you're using multiple
GB interfaces w/ zfs.

Your disks will require ~15W apiece; choose a low end FB to minimize
power consumption there as well.
