[install-discuss] Shutdown/Poweroff will not turn off computer

I put this option in, and my machine will not boot up any more. It would now 
hang at the Release label stage. We are right about Dell's ACPI, I saw a bug 
reported in the freebsd bug repository as well. Is that something that can be 
fix through a BIOS patch, or the motherboard has to be replaced? I am possibly 
return this machine since I just bought it. Thanks.
