It seems that there is a bug[1] in the script so instead of installing GRUB on submirror /dev/rdsk/c3d0s0, it tried on /dev/rdsk//dev/rdsk/c3d0s0 which obviously failed.
So, I'd say that GRUB is installed on one part of the mirror only.
