Beyond this, support of OpenSolaris systems will require that dependencies be adhered to, in the same way that we in the past have required users not to randomly delete files installed by the SVR4 packages. Please, file bugs over the real issue, which is badly-factored packages. Those can get attention without endless debate over the merits of an override flag. Dave
