You'll have to manually set the opensolaris.org publisher back to the /dev
repo:
pkg set-publisher -O http://pkg.opensolaris.org/dev opensolaris.org
(You can set it back to /release afterwards, or after you've upgraded to
111b.)
Why this would result in timeouts rather than explicit "not found" errors,
I'm not sure. Perhaps our transport guru might comment.
