To be of interest to the appliances community, I'd like to see the 
following additions made:

RAM requirements:
- preliminary target of being able to install and run with 128MB or less 
of RAM
- primary target of being able to install and run with 32MB or less of RAM

Install image:
- Provide an install image "tuned" to run from flash memory

Build mechanics:
- When provided with a list of known PCI device IDs, be able to deliver 
a "kernel" with only the required drivers
- For non-hardware devices, use some sort of configuration file to 
define which features are to be included
