And you're sure it's not MySQL that's died?(If the database is unavailable, that would surely result in an application error, no matter what page you attempted to access.)
I have to delete the existing Instiki installation and create a new one.Why?This is the only way to recover from the error. Restarting the app doesn't work.
And does "reinstalling" also involve restarting MySQL?
