What files have been modified since the last installation?The obvious ones are "secret", the contents of the "cache/views/" directory, and perhaps the contents of the "webs/" directory (if there are uploaded files). Everything else should be completely unaltered.
What does reinstallation achieve, that (say) clearing the cache would not?
