Not sure about the legality, but forwarding private mails publicly is considered poor etiquette. Several of us have conveyed this to the sender but this keeps on repeating. At this point, I am working under the assumption that my private emails will be forwarded somewhere. At the moment, the sole point of this thread is to determine if there is interest to work in this proposal. If you would like to discuss the legal aspects of this, please send me a private mail so that I can discuss that with the IESG/IAOC/IETF legal counsel if necessary.
