Dear authors, As you may have read, the IESG evaluation [1] of today did not approve the draft as it is.
One key issue to be solved is the reference to RFC 7600, it is suggested to simply remove the reference to this experimental RFC and directly point to the IANA registry of special IPv4 addresses[2] Looking forward to reading a revised I-D and the discussion with the DISCUSSing ADs.
