=> Well, the SAs you're referring to are preconfigured and predicted
easily. A network operator knows exactly how many subscribers he has,
gives each of them a shared secret and scales the AAA infrastructure
accordingly. 
The SA is set at bootstrap and not on the fly during handover time. See
my two 
points in the last email to Henrik for more details on this. The SAs you
refer 
to are also many-to-one and not many-to-many.
