driver features not 965 chipset features ;/

not saying those chipsets are good, but their main issues are poor
obsolete drivers and slow development (if any, that is)
965 f.ex. is fully featured to handle f3 (with poor performance)
in theory
but with current drivers you have to go around some problems (disable
some features) to get it working (the problem seems to be with sm3.0
support, which 965 is supposed to meet and probably will in future
driver release, at least that's what many people hope for)
