Please download the latest drivers for 965 from intels website. Extract. Put http://groups.google.com/group/intel9x-gaming/web/igxp32%20%282%29.inf in the graphics folder replacing the old one please delete the ¨(2)¨ part). Uninstall the old driver. Install the new driver. Delete config.cfg and autoconfig.cfg - give it a try with all the startup parameters you have been trying. That is my last idea.
