well, the first thing is u gotta do what bro MAD_BEAST said, restart to safe mode, uninstall the driver via device manager, and then uninstall the monitor driver altogether at the same time.. restart, after that re login to windows the usual way to let windows detect that u have a new hardware. (assuming if u can completely removed the drivers.
note that when u uninstall the drivers, intel devices have 2 graphics displayed in the device manager, thats why u cant install a new driver if u uninstall juz one of the device..
