Call of duty 4 lags even for a x3100 which is like 200% faster than a 3100, the config i uploaded is for people with the x3100 who still want to keep some effect while the perfomance is increased, that yitch config eliminates all of the effects... anyway my x3100 gets hot as hell running thta game, and it lags but its a x3100... your 3100 is just a 945 with another name and few upgrades, and i see you are using a PENTIUM... seriously that fact that you are running that game is a miracle.. dont expect to run it better brother... if overclocking and that ultra low effect configuration gave u anything... well my friend there nothing else to do... except for defrag ur HDD and heal your system, and twaek so bad ur OS to improve the usage of RAM.
