Hey kid have u tryied installing MDs manually... as far as i know they wont install autmatically, but they should work if u force em through manual installation. 1) You dont need 3DA under WIN7+MDs (MDs+DMT1.x do 3DAs job) use Display management tool 1.5 or 1.1 2) 3DA uses over 100MB 3) Even Doom 1 will lag with SWsahder2.0 it wasnt design for what some ppl here use it, will only renderize what your device cant... thats the idea of SW. 4) oh a 3.0ghz core2duo.. nice one... and yes pls dont do that again ull burn it to the death (use rightmark utility it wont increase the temp of ur CPU only the throttle and wont harm, believeme if u know how to use it ull see miracles) 5) if u have a desktop... brother dont even try to waste ur time buy a card! i wish i could introduce one... any way i got an M15x but haven used it yet.... and wont, i need something to play not a time machine with a keyboard. 6) 3DA wont emulate the performance of a 5900, it dosent matter the 945+9xx Ssf work beats that card easily, it only tricks the system. 7) 3DA dosent emulate SM 2.0 8) the reason why you get impresive performance with SWshader is becuase you have a powerful processor about 50% stronger than our mobile processors.
