well could anyone at least tell me how to force sw vs in cod4???tnl is not a problem cos i can use 3danalyze.btw i heard something about some addgame.reg thingy.heard it can force games to use sw. and mad beast u say it can also be used to play with gma 950 the config.also i dont have a pentium.i have a core 2 duo e7500.overclocking from2.93ghz to 3.53 ghz almost killed my computer.anyway yesterday i finished a few levels on cod4 WITH swiftshader and EXTREME LAG. maybe i should just buy an 8400gs at my computer shop down there.anyway what version of vertex shaders is needed???when i used 3danalyze to emulate nvidia geforce 5900 ultra,cod4 says ps 2.0 and vs2.0 BUT still shows the vertex data error.well thx for the help anyway.and also some games with swiftshader will give u good fps if u know how to use the right configs.i used to play tf2 with swiftshader and averaged 25fps
