as im looking for 8 GB RAM or 4GB i decided to research about that...
to know what going on with the free RAM
and i found this:

http://www.tomshardware.com/news/corsair-triple-channel-ddr3,6614.html

according to the results, and few other things ive read these days i
made some conclusions:

-The 6GB ram reached higher FPS than the 3GB.
-Under WINDOWS + running game the 6 GB used more ram, than 3GB system
performing the same actions. it means that as larger memory availble
the game is free to increse the usage of the memory.
-Eliminating Page file (as long as you have large amount of RAM)
inceases the performance, but its necesary if the available memory is
not too large, however elimonating the page file requires the backup
of available ram about 45% more of the used ram.
-The fact that unused memory is wasted memory is a fact, but in
conditions where exists a real surplus of RAM, for example in the case
that you own a 12GB and you wont use over 4 (+[~45%] required ram to
reaplace page file)
-Also about SSD drivers, they DO increse the performance not only
reduces the loading times, it increases the FPS, in the last quarter
of 2010 there will be a price drop.

about the problem of the game... well systems have cyclic processes,
the performance of the cycle directly depends on the performance of
the components, and i guess, that your processor is getting too hot
and is single core, you have and extremly defraged disk, and you
Random Acces Memory is not enough to support the process.
Havent you noticed that when you start a game is when you reach the
highst FPS? and after hours of gaming is drops? then goes up then goes
down... well thats the cycle im talking about the system adjusts
himself to the conditions determine by the availability of resources.
