Strange... I have 950GMA and all Blizz games (diablo 2, WoW, War3, SC, SC2 Beta) work better (and sound better even) under XP.
For instance, with WoW. On XP, I can have highest detail except view/enviroment/foliage distance and reolution. I get around 20FPS average with this setup. On 7, I have to turn everything down to lowest. And even If i disable pixel and vertex shaders, I get around 10-15FPS. There is input delay too (I turn the camera around, it takes like half a second to register).
