Well i blame the drivers for Xp, since i had very good fps no stuttering what so ever on WoW or any other game, but it have just been worse and worse. Also about that time i tried wow on xp before moving to 7 i had the bug were the enviroment were totally fucked up and i had to use a console command to fix it, that might have been the reason too but i don't know. All i know is i had almost no stuttering in the beginning with this card, even if many new games were unplayable which works fine today, but i still have the stuttering even on the modded drivers. Funny thing is i get them on 2D games as well, and we talk very low memory consumable games and not some heavy 2D game, if there are any..
