The 950GMA can support Vertex Shaders 3.0 but only in Software mode.
It can only process Pixel Shaders 2.0 though in hardware. So the
950GMA isn't a true Shader Model 2 card even. All the vertex shaders
are done in Software, and most games don't work well with that...
