Yeah, its just good while trouble shooting to remove possibilities, next one
I'm thinking of is to remove the battery (main laptop battery) plug in the
power while leaving the battery out then set it to maximum battery, then
tell us what it says.

It's a HP Tablet which has close-to-none possibilities to change
settings in the BIOS, so I don't guess that this will fix the problem
(especially since very other driver runs fine, including Sigma v3.0).
