Hi Shuv. First of all nvidias are known to require quite some energy,
even if yours isn't a very powerful model. But I don't think a 9400 gt
required 580 watts. But I do think your psu isn't powerful enough for
the specs of your computer. If you have another psu that you can try,
a more powerful one I mean, I think that might solve your problem.

What happens when you turn on your computer? It doesn't show anything
on the screen? Does it start windows as normal, with logon sounds and
everything?
