wel;l, 200+ Watt PSU are really outdated.. im surprised that it can even power ure C2D properly...and im not sure but does the 9400 GT have a extra PCIe Power pin? if it does, have u connect it? but i really think that upgrading ur PSU solves every thing plus extras..
