Hi, I just downloaded the driver and noticed two things: - the readme doesn't contain any hints that it is 1.1E (it just reads "[...]downloading Intel GMA950 Modded Driver V1.1[...]" - maybe you could add a small remark there :) - it doesn't install on a GMA 965 (aka X3100). Although it is obvious because it is a driver specifically for the 950, I wondered whether you could tell me what to change to install it on a X3100.
I'd really like to try it on this one - even if just for the fun of it :) On Jun 23, 9:12 pm, AngelicTears <[email protected]> wrote: > as promise , an update for V1.1 have been finished and available for > download, links provided below... > some of the key features of V1.1E are: > > - theoretically full openGL support / partial BUT with bug free by > alternating the openGL device to use ig4dev32.dll instead of > ig4icd32.dll > - partial CPU load balancing for vertex shader > - improved version of pixel renderer coding than V1.1 > - fixed : device id bug which cause most of the lag issues reporting > since the creation of V1.0 and V1.1 (thanks to tribaljet for making me > noticing this) > - fixed : improve compatibility by making 2 device working with out > conflict (GMA virtual and main device display) > - even smaller driver footprint installs and resides in OS (user mode) > - some cases, improve IO on mobo, HDD transfer speed and PCI-E bus > (thanks to tribaljet for reporting this) > - minor code update taken from an earlier release of V1.2 > - fully support for addgame reg value "2" > - cleaner structure inf > - performance may vary according to CPU, but compatibility is improved > a lot since the V1.1, 98% without crash or etc > > here's the link ^^ : > > [mediafire] > http://www.mediafire.com/?mikym2m2w0j > > [mirror : Rapidshare]http://rapidshare.com/files/402092438/GMA_Mod_V1.1E.rar > > V1.2 inf file are also available for download for those who interested > on comparison, previewing or etc.. > here's the file.. > > http://www.mediafire.com/?mudzlijal0k > > enjoy gaming everyone ^^ > reports are welcome here....any bugs and problems can be address here, > patches and fixes maybe released according to problems or performance > drops.. -- 9xx SOLDIERS SANS FRONTIERS
