You are welcome ,
im must say , that im no expert in rams , but a ram would be faster not only
by how many MHz
as the Latency is the main factor of the ram cuz i do remember someone
telling me
there was a time when a type of ram was there called " RD ram" and it was
alot faster than SD rams
but for some reason they stopped manufacturing it

and there alot of diff , between 667Mhz and 800 MHz , im sure u will notice
diff
but as of my experience , i never got whtever Desktop or laptop to work at
its max speed
my old hp laptop had 667Mhz rams but it worked at 333MHz!!! , i dont knw why
, maybe bcuz of Dual Channel mode
now my new laptop has 1066MHz ram speed but only running on 533MHz , maybe
also bcuz of Dual channel mode
but a frnd of mine told me that there is no manufacturer was able to get the
full potential out of things , when it comes to laptops
