ATI..... Cos Nvidia overheats quite badly..... Well on my old 5900..... But ATI has less heat issues and thus can overclock better for more value.... If you have cash to spare, maybe try for a 5770 from ATI? I have good results with it in running nearly every game i've thrown at it with max or high deatails....
