I don't know but apparently the 1GB GTX460 is the best price/
performance ration of the current gen NV. I'm going to buy 2 for my
workstation later in the year.

I've owned several NV cards over the several years and have never once
had any overheating problems. But components with such high TDC is
involved the choice of case is as important as any other component. I
would never recommend the cheapo ones that the big names use for their
boxes. Get a case designed for airflow and set it up with both intake
and exhaust fans. Use a set of thermal probes to make sure the fans
are effective and causing on hotspots. Or better, get a system board
that allows software control of multiple fans. I know the better
boards often support upto 3 PWM controlled fans.
