lolattheotherguy, there are people who don't need to game and also like pretty computers, and macs fit the purpose perfectly (even if I don't find them as the prettiest computers around). If he has the money then he can spend it anyway he wants. Of course he should be aware of macs costing more and having less performance than a same level computer, but seems a personal choice. Even when you compare the powerful powermac, you can still get a desktop tower by less money, but style costs, as we can see from many brands all around the world.
