On my Radeon HD 3200 I can do everything high except Shaders,
Lighting, and Shadows (shaders is what kills FPS, and when its low,
the other 2 go low).

If I enable Shadows from the varaibles file, perfomance hit is little to none.

On my 950GMA, Terran made a huge FPS I noticed in the beta.

But yea IMO, physics (which doesnt make a difference on my fps at all)
and 3d portraits make the biggest difference and should be enabled no
matter what :p
