Alright i have a few things for you to try....... 1. Verify you have the latest version of the game (latest patch) 2. Try running the game from both the dx9 and dx10 executable 3. Change to executable's compatibility to Windows XP Professional SP3 and Run as administrator 4. Disable Any Anti-Virus you may have running in the background 5. Do a Disk-Check and Defrag 6. Check out Event Viewer and send us the error message if the issue persists.
