I know that you have the Cracked copy so you will have to find a cracked update, we are not allowed to supply links here so you will have to find it yourself but they are numerous. Event viewer is basically a huge log of everything that happens withing your PC, the message you will be looking for will be under Event Viewer -> Applications. search through here and you will find the latest error message rather quickly. to access event viewer type "Event" into the start men search bar and it should be the first one on the list.
