Haha yeah I understood what he was saying, I'm terrible at interchanging
words like Crack/Rip, Router/Gateway, DVD-Drive/Optical Drive lol you get
the point, its a habit I need to break. What I'm trying to do with him is
pinpoint the fault down to....

1. Assassins Creed as a game
2. Assassins Creed as a rip
3. Software Dependencies
4. Hardware Dependencies (can nearly be ruled out as I have seen this game
function on hardware a lot less powerfull than a 4 series and core 2 duo)

always has bugs that weren't on the original. Also, Assassin's Creed
is one of the few games that I saw having great performance when
