@tribaljet: I sure agree with you, but actually there was a voice
called Nvidia drivers in the installed programs and removing it (note
that it showed me a nvidia logo but it seemed sort of "old xp style")
caused aero to stop ( I hope Thefog is right because this thing is not
allowing me to sleep)

@kiki sorry bro but as I said I removed it thinking of it to be junk
(there was no "nvidia corporation or something like that near the
program name) if there's a way to find the information you asked
please tell me. Also note that dxdiag showed me only the 645 under
video devices and that the only signal of nvidia drivers was the title
in installed programs ( no nvidia cp or tray icon, while there was
intel cp but no Intel driver on the installed programs list)

PS please guys note that I'm not trying to fool anyone I'm really not
sleeping on this, maybe it was just a trick resulting from improper
installation, but if there's the remote possibility to exploit nvidia
drivers (or at least get some inspiration for our fatastic developing
teams) I would like to try and understand what happened.
