I think that Angelic's theory is true because when I deleted all of
the acceleration.level entries and reran the benchmark, I got this.

BitBlt:
avg: 3398.6 fps [3982.7 MB/sec]
max: 4127.7 fps [4837.1 MB/sec]
min: 944.4 fps [1106.7 MB/sec]

ReverseBlt:
avg: 3978.5 fps [4662.3 MB/sec]
max: 4050.5 fps [4746.6 MB/sec]
min: 3725.2 fps [4365.4 MB/sec]

WTF?
