hmm, i came up with a theory, but it's just a theory so correct me if im
wrong..
since AGP Texturing Acceleration used in older application, the features
somewhat aim as compatibility features assuring that older games,
applications and 2d rendering compatible to new drivers and Win 7 GDI..so in
my theory, if ur disable it, it gave back the resources that used to emulate
AGP texturing (i say emulates because GMA itself uses PCI interface, means
there are no hardware AGP on board, again correct me if im wrong) thus
giving a little boost in WEI, since Windows GDI (vista and above) seldom or
even never uses AGP texture acceleration.

In performance wise, i assume that the effects would be very little if not
none. since it's a compatibility feature and not performance. reading the
intel article, we can assume that newer gen (XP and above compatible)
application will work with both local and non-local graphic memory resource.
while older 9x windows does use AGP texture acceleration..
so it depends on the users usage on how it uses AGP texturing, some users
will have it enable to play most 2d games and snes emulator, but overall, it
can also be disable as 9x application is now extinct, and most 2d
application nowadays compatible with both non-local and local memory
resource..

that's my theory that is.....^^
