Let me just give you an example. I've seen gpus overclocked by almost 1ghz, being aircooled. But I've seen integrated chipsets burn because they were overclocked by less than 10mhz. You do the math.
And what exactly is the point of having SM3 compliance with a low performing, non SM2 compliant device?
