I'm very interested in joining that struggle, I'm a prime candidate being an acer laptop owner showcasing Intel onboard graphics, are you kidding me? lol...also the only thing upgradeable on my laptop was the RAM (1 GB to 2 GB max), the HDD is upgradeable, and also the CPU. I'm not sure off the top of my head what the best CPU it can take it, but I would imagine it's not much of an improvement. All in all, I'd have to spend another $200 to top out what the mobo can handle, and maybe a few extra dollars if I went overboard with the HDD. Originally, I purchased a USB WD MyBook 500 GB along w/ the laptop, but I'll never do that again, as it got knocked over by my feline friend, and completely destroyed a full 500 GB of media, installation files, CD ISO images of gaming and program CDs, and my entire music collection (over 50,000 mp3s). I indeed cried a river that day. I even tried tossing the piece in the freezer, "tapping" *cough* slamming it on the counter, nothing unjammed that sucker, and when it was all said and done, I lost my entire 500 GB of data. I will be sure to follow that link and become a part of that movement. Thanks for the invitation.
