Well I'm sure that Underclocking isn't bad. But to tell you the truth
I'd rather undervolting, that's more effective.
I use that on my LAPTOP. But for a netbook I didn't know how to do it
(and the benefits would be so little), anyway, while you sleep there
is no problem, the only problem on underclocking it's being so slow.
