Hello everyone.  I have two sentences to translate very urgently into French
that I am having some trouble with.  I would LOVE as many suggestions as
possible as soon as possible:

1) XXX Inc. is the IT consulting branch of the XXX Group of companies...

2) We have been given the exclusive mandate by XXX Inc. to ensure that all
the Group companies are fully Year2000 compliant no later than...
