I've never heard it. We call diapers "des couches" here in Quebec but
"je dois changer le bebe" can be heard although it's considered an
anglicism.

"Cliche" is usually a slide or a shot (photographic type). Could they
be referring to advertising production charges?
It would REALLY help if people could provide a little more context
for their translation requests. One can't necessarily tell from the
general subject of a text how each term is being used.
