In the attached GIF there are two unique links in 'red' connected to a router. Each link is defined as 1.536Mb bandwidth. Each is actually a Point to Point Sub-Interface of the SAME physical T1 using Frame-Relay. So what you are looking at CAN'T really happen. Unfortunately we have seen this behavior in InterMapper for some time now. I really think this needs to be fixed.
