Is it a server we can view from the public internet?

If so, some of us could see if we can reproduce the error, and might be able to find the fault?

Even better,

Add a header in your php code that show Intermapper that PHP is =20
actually executed.

You can even use an error handler in your php code, and output a =20
comment just before closing </HTML>.

Like:

<!--PHP Executed witout errors-->
</HTML>

The set the HTML probe to look for "PHP Executed witout errors"
